Faith Beatrice is the Chairperson of the Visionary Alliance for Ruto (VAR) and the President of the Daystar University Student Association (DUSA). She is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Security Studies at Daystar University.

Passionate about diplomacy, politics, leadership, and governance, Faith is committed to advancing youth leadership, promoting inclusive governance, and contributing to Kenya's development through public service.

Felix Manase is a development professional and psychology practitioner based in Mombasa. He holds an undergraduate degree in Development Studies from the Technical University of Mombasa, where he gained a strong foundation in community development, policy, and sustainable impact.

Felix also holds a Diploma in Psychology, which complements his development work by giving him insight into human behavior, mental well-being, and community dynamics.

With a background that bridges social development and psychology, Felix is passionate about creating programs and initiatives that uplift people, strengthen communities, and address the human side of development challenges. He is also a founder member of the Visionary Alliance For Ruto.

Edward Wanyama is a dynamic youth leader and grassroots strategist dedicated to driving impactful civic engagement and political inclusion across Kenya. As Secretary General of VAR, he leads frontline efforts to unite, organize, and energize youth networks in support of President William Ruto's transformational agenda.

Proudly hailing from Bungoma, Eddie brings deep community roots and sharp organizing acumen to this role. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Daystar University, equipping him with a unique structural understanding of community dynamics, public welfare, and grassroots organizing.

Prior to joining VAR, he built a strong reputation as a dedicated community organizer and advocate for youth empowerment. His strategic focus remains on leveraging technology, peer-to-peer engagement, and relentless grassroots outreach.

Felix Ochieng is a public policy strategist, graduate researcher, and civic leader dedicated to institutional governance, structural reform, and progressive political leadership. With a strong foundation in high-level youth governance and national policy development including an appointment to a presidential committee reviewing university funding frameworks, he has consistently championed equitable public systems and evidence-driven reform.

His political and policy outlook focuses on decentralization, grassroots socioeconomic empowerment, and strategic public administration, bridging the gap between community-level realities and national decision-making.

Fidel Castro Hill Ongoya is a political thinker, governance advocate, and youth leadership alchemist. He is committed to advancing constitutionalism, good governance, and meaningful youth participation in shaping Kenya's future.

Passionate about transforming ideas into action through civic engagement, intellectual discourse, and principled leadership, Fidel brings a unique perspective to the VAR communication and legal strategy.

Nimoh Mohammud is a student leader at Egerton University with a passion for healthcare, agriculture, youth empowerment, and public service. She currently serves as the National Treasurer of VAR.

Her leadership roles include Treasurer of the Egerton University Students' Association (2025–2026 and 2026–2027), Treasurer of the Garissa County Students Association, Vice Chairperson of the Health Committee under the Youth Bunge of Kenya, and Deputy Director to the Chief Operating Officer at the Vijana Economic Front Organisation.

She is a Gold Level President's Award Holder, former Treasurer of the Girl Guiding Unit at Starehe Girls' Centre, and a 2017 KidRights Children's Rights Award nominee.

Carel Omwoyo is a dynamic leader dedicated to youth economic empowerment, public finance management, and civic mobilization in Kenya. A Computer Science graduate from Multimedia University, Carel serves as the Executive Director of the Vijana Economic Front (VEF), where he champions budget advocacy and robust government oversight.

With a strong foundational background in governance, including a three-year tenure as the National Secretary General for the University Student Leaders Association (USLA) and serving as cohort and alumni caucus president for the PIERK Program by NIMD, he actively bridges the gap between grassroots civil society advocacy and national policy implementation.

Mulinge Alice Mutheu is a law student and youth advocate. Her work sits at the intersection of law, civic engagement, and grassroots economic empowerment. She advocates for youth voice in governance, law, and public life across the country.

Rahma Kassim is an Information Technology professional with a Bachelor of Technology in IT, bringing strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership.

A vocal and influential youth leader, she has led CBOs and organizations, driven impactful initiatives, and mobilized teams. As Director of Digital Structure & ICT, she champions digital innovation, organizational effectiveness, and strategic growth.
